Knorr Spinach Dip
(slightly modified from original recipe)

1 package Knorr vegetable recipe mix
2 cups nonfat plain yogurt
1/2 cup fat-free mayo
1/2 cup mayo with olive oil
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, chopped
3 green onions, chopped
1 (10 oz.) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
Mix all your ingredients together. The plain yogurt had a tendency to be a little more runny than regular sour cream so allow the dip to chill for several hours prior to serving. Great with pita chips, wheat thins or raw vegetables.
